Preparing for Shipment
- This means we are currently processing and packaging your order.
- Orders will be processed at CST12:00 from Monday to Friday, and subsequent orders will be processed the next business day.
- You'll receive an email in 24Hrs to let you know we received your order, please confirm your order information. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
- In order to better serve our customers, we will fulfill the order according to the confirmation email information and deliver the goods within 1-5 business days.
- If the information is incomplete and cannot be shipped/out of stock, we will contact you to replace the product. If the product cannot be replaced within 7 days, we will remove the product or cancel the order and refund.
- If your order has not shipped, please contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Shipped
- Your order has left our warehouse.
- Free shipping 7-15 business days for all the products.
- If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. We also accept returns within 15 days of purchase.
- Please make sure that your address information in your order is complete and correct that would damage your benefit. We will not pay for any loss caused by incomplete/incorrect/unaccepted address etc.
- We will inform you with delivery email notification.

Your order has arrived! Orders are delivered 7 days a week before 10 p.m.
Returning Online Purchases
- Shipping and product quality problems.
- Due to shipping and product defective quality problems, we will refund 100%. You should contact services within 7 days of delivery.
- Return within 15 days of purchase.
- Our return policy is simple and hassle-free: if you are not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your item, you can return it within 15 days of purchase.
Request return
If you would like to request a return or replacement, please contact customer service by email CedricHabichtwVk@gmail.com, provide the order number, return and exchange card, and explain your reason. We would proceed your request in 3 business days.
- Free Exchange of Unfit Size after Purchase.
- Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product.
- Refunds will only be accepted if the product is determined to be ill-fitting, poorly functional during the initial trial.
- A visual inspection may be required. Items must be in resale condition to receive a refund. This means that the item cannot have wear, dirt, and/or the item cannot have been modified in any way. If the packaging is damaged, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for that product. Once we receive the item, we will assess its condition and then refund the item.
- Return the product in its original packaging, you should send product back to XIANGZANG center, contact to CedricHabichtwVk@gmail.com to get returning address.
- Please note that non-product quality problems or shipping damage. If the customer remorses the purchase and applies for a refund, each order will be non-refundable minus $8 shipping cost.
Special Situation
- If you had special situation, please contact customer service by email, provide the order number, return or exchange card, and explain the reason for your return or exchange.
- At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. We would refund you Up to 50% of the value of the returned goods, shipping charges $8 included in the price are non-refundable.
Refunds Days
Refunds are normally processed by your Card issuing bank within 15 working days of us raising the refund.
